MARSH PROPERTIES LLC is Hiring a LEASING ASSOCIATE Near Charlotte, NC
Seeking professional, energetic, organized, self-motivated individual. Primary responsibility is the performance of all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, and lease renewals. Interacts directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and provide exceptional customer service. This includes generating and handling potential residentials, leasing apartments, qualifying prospects, preparing lease documentation, completing move-in paperwork and procedures, as well as marketing both outbound and through social media. Performs all of the above in accordance with applicable laws and company policies. Working knowledge of RealPage Onesite, NAA Lease, Bluemoon Forms and Canva a plus.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications Include:
- 2-3 years’ experience in residential property management preferred, will consider a candidate with strong sales/marketing background with proven track record of success.
- NAA Designation a plus.
- Leasing Assosiates are required to provide their own transportation between properties.
- Valid driver’s license, criminal background check, drug testing and references required.
